Thanks a Million

I am an independent geologist. I have had a computer for several years, but I knew that I was not using it to my best advantage. I contacted Deadeye concerning a problem that I was having with my software. The problem that was monumentious to me was answered with two or three questions. I was amazed.

During our conversation, I expressed my frustrations with not being able to find some information that I knew was public information, and I was sure was available on the net. I explained that I had spoken with a lady in the government office about acquiring the information and decided that, either she was too stupid to explain how to retrieve the information, or that my computer did not have the capabilities. The Deadeye lady said that she would call me back. In less than an hour she called back to tell me that she would e-mail the needed instructions to me. They worked perfectly. I was on a roll so I asked about finding some other things. She taught me how to find everything that I asked. This service is great for me.

Later, I was not satisfied with some of the operations of my computer and suggested that it probably needed a major overhaul. I appreciated the fact that I did not hear any giggling. She stopped by one afternoon with some parts, changed them out, and I will assure you that it works better than I expected and I didn't have to buy a new one.

As you can tell, I am not a computer specialist. I have had experience with some other companies, not all bad, but damn sure not as good as Deadeye. Their costs are very reasonable. I received one statement from another company and called to inform them that they had made a mistake. I knew that they had missed it by $100.00. I was informed that they had not made a mistake.

I would definitely recommend Deadeye to anyone who is having computer problems whether you are a beginner or a computer pro. They can solve all of you computer needs and teach you to use your computer to your best advantage for your business needs.
